12–17 Month Lease

6 Months

Tenant replacement coverage if the tenant breaks the lease early during the first 6 months.

18–24 Month Lease

9 Months

Extended tenant replacement coverage for longer lease terms and added landlord confidence.

Coverage applies to tenant default or early lease break during the applicable warranty period. Replacement tenant placement is provided at no additional LeaseMatch placement fee. Third-party costs, make-ready expenses, marketing expenses, co-op commissions, or other outside costs may still apply.
